Quantum Mechanics and Perceptive Processes: a reply to Elio Conte

This paper responds to Elio Conte's comments on an earlier proposal for experimentally testing whether perception collapses the wavefunction. The authors argue that Conte misunderstood key aspects of their proposal and that his ideas about quantum superpositions of different states of consciousness are vague and lack cogency. The work is a theoretical and critical discussion, not an empirical study.
