This figure presents original population-level cerebral blood flow and global functional connectivity responses to LSD and psilocybin in healthy human participants. Peak drug effects are shown for cerebral blood flow and global connectivity, and within-subject associations between these measures are assessed using Spearman’s rank correlation. MRI acquisition, preprocessing, and statistical modelling procedures for the LSD data were pre-registered and are described in detail in the study protocol available on medRxiv (https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.06.17.25329677).
