A moderate positive correlation (r = 0.765) exists between mystical tourism and ayahuasca practice in the tourist corridor of the Madre de Dios region during 2021-2022. The finding indicates that ayahuasca not only attracts tourists seeking spiritual experiences but also strengthens the region's tourism offerings. Data came from 152 randomly selected tourists out of 250 total visitors, collected via surveys with high reliability (Cronbach's alpha 0.918) and analyzed using Spearman correlation.
