Summary
AI-generated from the abstractA correction was issued for a figure in a clinical trial on psilocybin-assisted therapy for major depressive disorder. The colors representing the Psilocybin and Placebo conditions were swapped in Fig. 2; the correction aligns them with the caption and other figures. The error does not affect the results. The trial found that a single, moderate dose of psilocybin significantly reduces depressive symptoms compared to placebo for at least two weeks, with no serious adverse events. Larger, multi-centric trials with longer follow-up are needed to optimize this treatment.

Abstract
We wish to provide a correction of the colour representation of Fig. 2 in order to harmonise the colours representing the Psilocybin and the Placebo condition with the corresponding figure caption and with the colour codes from all other figures across the manuscript. Fig. 2 now depicts the Psilocybin condition in blue and the Placebo condition in yellow. The error occurred as a result of an oversight. This change does not affect the results presented in the paper and the figure legend remains unchanged. Single-dose psilocybin-assisted therapy in major depressive disorder: a placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomised clinical trialThese results suggest that a single, moderate dose of psilocybin significantly reduces depressive symptoms compared to a placebo condition for at least two weeks. No serious adverse events were recorded. Larger, multi-centric trials with longer follow-up periods are needed to inform further optimisation of this novel treatment paradigm.
