Power plants are symbols of healing and transpersonal experiences recognized as portals that expand consciousness. This research aimed to understand the sociocultural dimensions of ayahuasca use at the Centro de Unificação Rosa Azul and its association with physical and spiritual health care. Data collection involved participant observation, questionnaires, and forms. Results showed that participants have a high level of understanding of the doctrine, plants, ritual, and healing. The plants and the drink act as guiding guides for achieving spiritual evolution and represent paths to physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
